This Distance Sales Agreement has been prepared in accordance with the Turkish Consumer Protection Law No. 6502 and the Regulation on Distance Contracts (Official Gazette: 27.11.2014/29188).
1. Parties

BUYER: The user who creates an account on the Platform and purchases a service. The Buyer's name, surname, email address, and other contact information are the details provided during registration.
2. Subject of the Agreement
The subject of this agreement is to determine the terms and conditions of the sale and delivery of the digital education service subscription that the Buyer has purchased electronically from the Seller's website hofai.io. The service consists of online educational content on artificial intelligence, weekly assignments, AI-powered evaluation, and feedback system.
3. Service Features and Pricing
The Platform offers the following subscription plans:
- Pro Monthly Subscription: $14.99/month
- Pro Annual Subscription: $149.99/year
Services included in the subscription:
- Unlimited access to all educational modules and course content
- Weekly practical assignments and AI-powered evaluation
- Personalized learning path and progress tracking
- Priority support
Prices are inclusive of taxes and transactions are processed at the current exchange rate at the time of payment. The Seller reserves the right to change prices; changes do not affect the current subscription period.
4. Payment Method
Payments are processed via credit card or debit card through Stripe, a secure payment infrastructure provider. The Buyer's card information is not stored by the Seller; all payment information is processed by Stripe in compliance with PCI DSS standards.
Subscriptions are automatically renewed unless cancelled. Renewal transactions are carried out with prior notification before the end of the current subscription period.
5. Delivery
The purchased service is digital in nature. Upon completion of the subscription process, the Buyer gains instant access to the platform. There is no physical delivery involved. The service is available online 24/7. The Buyer acknowledges that interruptions may occur for technical maintenance and updates.
6. Right of Withdrawal
The Buyer has the right to withdraw within 14 (fourteen) days from the date of purchase without providing any reason and without paying any penalty. To exercise the right of withdrawal, it is sufficient to send a written notification to info@hofai.io within this period.
However, pursuant to Article 15 of the Regulation on Distance Contracts, the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised in the following cases:
- When the delivery of digital content (course videos, educational materials) has begun, provided that the Buyer has given prior explicit consent and acknowledged the waiver of the right of withdrawal
- When the service has been fully performed, subject to the Buyer's prior explicit consent
If the right of withdrawal is validly exercised, the payment made to the Buyer shall be refunded within 14 days at the latest from the date the withdrawal notification reaches the Seller, using the same payment instrument.
7. General Provisions
- The Buyer declares that they have read and accepted all features, pricing, and payment conditions of the purchased service as published on the platform.
- All content on the platform (courses, videos, texts, graphics) is the intellectual property of House of AI. Unauthorized copying, distribution, or commercial use is prohibited.
- The Buyer undertakes to use the platform for lawful purposes and in accordance with the terms of service.
- The Seller may temporarily suspend the service due to force majeure events (natural disasters, war, epidemics, legal regulations, technical infrastructure issues, etc.). In such cases, the Buyer's subscription period shall be extended by the duration of the interruption.
- The Buyer warrants that their registration information is accurate and up-to-date. The Seller cannot be held responsible for issues arising from incorrect information.
8. Dispute Resolution
In disputes arising from this agreement, Consumer Arbitration Committees and Consumer Courts have jurisdiction. Application limits are subject to the monetary thresholds announced annually.
Authorized body: Istanbul Consumer Arbitration Committees and Istanbul Consumer Courts.
The Buyer may apply to the Consumer Arbitration Committee for disputes within the monetary threshold, and to the Consumer Court for disputes exceeding the threshold. The provisions of Law No. 6502 and related legislation are reserved.
9. Effectiveness
This agreement enters into force when the Buyer completes the subscription process and makes the payment. A copy of the agreement is sent to the Buyer's registered email address and is always accessible through the platform.
